What's on at MHS
On the 19th of October, 2019, the Geography students of Class XI, the EVS students of Class IX and the ESS students of IB did a field survey of the East Kolkata Wetlands to learn what happens to the 750 million litres of untreated sewage water that the city of Kolkata produces on a daily basis. We were rendered speechless when we realised how crucial this otherwise overlooked and fragile ecosystem is for the city. Doctor S. Ghosh and Professor S.
Sanjoy Mookerjee is a retired railway officer. He has started a society called ‘Rail Enthusiasts Society’.His interaction with the Class 8 students was based on the story of the Indian Railways.
