Schedule of International General Certificate of Secondary Education School Fees: 2020-2021

 

Fees for I.G.C.S.E. for session 2020-21 will be as under:

 

Fees as under shall be payable Quarterly on or after the 11th day of the first month in each Quarter namely, April - June, July - September, October - December and January - March. Fees are to be paid Online through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking. Please note that the payment gateway charges (if any) are to be borne by the guardian. 

 

COMPULSORY 

Admission (chargeable at the time of admission)

    Tuition Fees (For Classes 9 & 10):                                                                        Rs.      7,500/-

Bus (For Classes LKG to 8) :

     (Bus facility extended to classes 9 and above on availability after allotting upto class 8)

Late Payment Fine

When school fees are paid after the 15th of the first month in any Quarter (i.e. April, July, October & January) a late fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged till the end of the month and every month thereafter if not paid.

 

If any student’s supplementary fees & miscellaneous fees are defaulted on the scheduled date (as applicable), late fee of Rs. 200/- for each month will be applicable.

 

Penal Fee

If school fees are outstanding beyond the first two months in any quarter, the pupil’s name will be deemed to have been removed from the Roll and no official documents including School Reports will be issued. On payment of all outstanding fees along with penal fee of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) by the end of the quarter, the pupil’s attendance in the school will be regularized.

 

***** COVID -19 considerations

Due to the pandemic, certain relaxations have been made with regard to the above mentioned fee structure / payment instructions.  These have been intimated to all parents / guardians individually.

Rules / Guidelines regarding payment of International General Certificate of Secondary Education Fees – 2020-2021 

Academic Session:      April to March 

Quarter:

The four quarters of the year are as follows:

1st Quarter.   -    April - June

2nd Quarter.   -    July - September

3rdQuarter.    -    October - December

4thQuarter.    -    January – March 

Fees are payable quarterly. 

Fees Structure:           As Given Above 

Mode of Payment: Online through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking. Please note that the payment gateway charges (if any) are to be borne by the guardian. 

Fees will not be received by any other mode. 

Fees Payable amount: *Fees payable amount will be uploaded in the guardian portal of our school website by 10th day of 1st month of each quarter. For supplementary fees, it will be uploaded by 10th day of the subsequent month of joining. 

Fees payment date: Fees to be paid between 11th& 15th day of 1st month of each quarter. 

Procedure for online payment: Each Guardian has already been provided with a Username and a Password. Using the Username and Password, they can login to the guardian portal available in the school website and make online payment. 

Receipt: Receipt will be uploaded in the Guardian portal of the School website as soon as the payment is successfully made. 

Reminder: If fees is not paid by 15th of the first month of each quarter/last day of the first month of each quarter/last day of subsequent months, a reminder will be sentwithin a week to the e-mail id of the Guardian as registered with the school. 

Double Payment: If any guardian makes payment more than once, they should apply to the Principal for refund of the second payment made. 

For issuing duplicate/replacement of the following:

For any other school document, a written application is to be made to the principal after which the school will intimate the fees chargeable for the same. 

The auto generated application after payment of any of the above charges is to be downloaded from the guardian portal and printout of the same duly signed by the Guardian/Father/Mother is to be submitted within a week of payment along with the copy of receipt of payment to the school for issuing the duplicate/replacement. 

Supplementary Fees: **Supplementary fees (if any) is to be paid between 11th& 15th day of the next month of joining Bus / Chargeable Subject / Special Class etc. after last date of previous quarter, online through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking only & subsequently with late fee. 

Miscellaneous Fees: Payment to be made online through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking only as applicable & intimated.

 Withdrawal of a student from the School: Written application from the Official Guardian (as per school record) for withdrawal of a student must be submitted by the last working day of the month so that fees are not applicablefor the subsequent month. 

Transfer Certificate 

·         Promotion to next class will be mentioned in T.C. if the last day of attendance is not earlier than 31st March of the relevant academic year.

·         T.C. will be processed after the last day of attendance at School or after the payment of all outstanding fees including transfer certificate fees, whichever is later. T.C. will be handed over after receipt from Council with required clearance and signature.

·         T.C. will not be processed during school holidays.

—       T.C. is to be collected by any one of the parents. Anyone other than parent is required to bring authorisation letter from parents to collect the same.

—       Issuing of T.C. is subject to D.I. Schools/C.I.S.C.E. endorsement.

—      Transfer certificate fees of Rs.500 to be paid online by Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking only from the next working day of withdrawal application submitted. Please note that the payment gateway charges (if any) are to be borne by the guardian. Fees will not be received by any other mode. Please bring Transfer Certificate fee payment receipt at the time of collecting Transfer Certificate.

 

Withdrawal from School Bus: Forms for withdrawal may be downloaded from the School website. Completed form must be submitted by the last working day of the month so that fees are not applicable for the subsequent month. Bus Card must be surrendered at the same time. 

Refund: **** Refund (if any) to be paid by 15th day of the next month of withdrawal/double payment through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking. (to be refunded only through the mode of payment from which payment has been received). Refund will not be processed by any other mode.

* Fees to be processed on the status of student in the school record on last working day of last month of previous quarter.

***** COVID-19As mentioned above, relaxations have been made with regard to the amount of the fees to be paid and the period within which the payment has to be made.  These are intimated to parents before each quarter.
