A short Biodata of Justice Moushumi Bhattacharya - English (Hon) JU, Bachelor of Law – Calcutta University.  LLM – Cambridge University.  Commercial law- Univ of Toronto, Canada.  Worked as an Advocate under Justice Indira Bannerjee and Sudipto Sarkar in Calcutta High Court.  Specialization in Corporate and Constitutional Law.  Elevated as Judge of Cal High Court on September 2017.  From Dec 2018 involved in Commercial Suit and Constitutional Law.   At present working on WRITS on Education.  Justice Bhattacharya interacted with students Classed XI & XII of Political Science on Judicial Activism in India.
