Modern High School for Girls hosted Mathfinity 2022, a celebration of Mathematics from 17th to 21st October, 2022. The event aimed at unraveling the fun element in mathematics and distancing it from the taboo that it is conventionally associated with. This was a week-long event having Intra and Inter school components.

A maths fair was held from 17th to 19th October, 2022 where all students of classes 6 to12 were involved in putting up stalls which had games with an underlying mathematical logic. These were visited by the junior school students, faculty and Middle School parents.  

An Inter School Maths Fest, the first of its kind in Kolkata was organized on 21st October.2022. 13 schools from across the city participated in this. There were two segments to this - Matheletics ( for classes 6-8) and Pi-oneers-( for classes 9-12). The events allowed the students to exercise their grey cells and explore the logic of mathematics in everyday life.
