The Home Science Elective students and the members of the Spice Club of Modern High School for Girls attended the French Cooking Demonstration organised by IIHM on 26th November, 2024. It was an extremely engaging session where the students dived in to explore French culinary techniques and learnt to prepare scrumptious dishes such as  French spinach and mushroom quiche and Berry Clafoutis.
