Class XI Science Trip to Mumbai
Class XI Science students went to Mumbai for an educational trip where they will be visitng the Haffkine Institute for Training Research and Testing, a pioneer institute in biomedical research. Visit the Haffkine Institutional Museum and interact with researchers there. They will also be seeing the city lights at night from the Gateway of India. Return to hotel. Dinner. Lights out. A visit to IIT Bombay to interact with the country’s brightest minds. The Institute of Geomagnetism and learn about the field of Geomagnetism and atmosphere studies through an interaction with scientists. The Nehru Science Centre where you can witness energy transfer through interactive models. Visit the ‘Machined to Think’ exhibition and learn about the latest advances in the field of robotics and technology. Going to see the Sanjay Gandhi National Park and work on biological sampling techniques and enjoy a green nature walk in one of Mumbai’s biggest green lungs. A visit to Homi Bhaba Center for Science Education, where you can visit a gallery that shows the History of Science and interact with scientists. Visiting the National Centre for Performing Arts to watch an award-winning play.
