Shabd (1st, 2nd and 3rd August), the Mahadevi Birla World Academy’s literary fest was quite an experience for the Modern High School International students. The events were over a period of three days and each day was filled with utmost excitement and met with enthusiasm. The events were slam poetry, quiz, debate and a theatre workshop which the students actively participated in. Selecting people was not easy due to all students possessing a plethora of talents. However, we were successful in choosing the correct participants as an IB 1 student, Akshita Poddar even won the best speaker award for the turncoat debate and everyone else performed wonders as well. It was a great learning experience for all the students who participated.
