Brisha Gupta, a Class 6 student of Modern High School for Girls has participated in the National Kickboxing Championship as a part of the West Bengal Team. It was held over a course of three days from 18th - 21st August, 2023. She has won a Gold medal and a Silver medal in two Under 12 categories and is the first person from Bengal to win two medals in the  National Championship.
