Rajya Puraskar Test at Ganganagar


The Rajya Puraskar Overnight Testing Camp was conducted successfully on 30th November, 2024 with the participation of 6 Guides from Modern High School for Girls along with others.The camp aimed to evaluate the guide's knowledge, skills and readiness to achieve the prestigious Rajya Puraskar Award. An orientation session was conducted and the participants were briefed on the importance of teamwork, discipline, and adherence to the principles of Guiding. The day commenced with a flag ceremony and morning prayers. Throughout the day, participants were evaluated on the following aspects:

Proficiency Badges: Practical and theoretical testing for badges such as First Aid, Pioneering and Mapping.

Community Service: Assessment of social responsibility through tasks like cleaning the campsite and creating awareness materials.


Rajya Puraskar Rally - 2024


13 guides had gone for the Rajya Puraskar Rally and received the Rajya Puraskar Award on 13th & 14th September, 2024.


Rangers Investiture Ceremony


The Ranger Investiture ceremony today marked a significant milestone as Shreya Anchalia, Pearl Kaur, Mehar Kaur and I, Avantika Saraf had our Rangers investiture ceremony, officially joining Bharat Scouts and Guides -India.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of our director Mrs. Devi Kar, our principal Mrs. Damayanti Mukherjee and Mrs Ameeta Patel MHS Group Leader Guide. 

With pride, we received our Ranger badges from our Ranger leader, Ms. Saheli Dutta, in the presence of the Bharat Scout & Guide Flag.

We the Rangers pledged to serve our country through the Ranger Promise. 

This significant event solidified our membership in the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS), the largest global youth movement since 100 years.

Each individual present will play and follow our Motto SERVICE, a crucial role in fostering a sense of commitment, leadership, and community service, contributing to the spirit of camaraderie that defines our journey as Rangers in Bharat Scouts and Guides.




An overnight camp was organised and held in STC Ganganagar on 6th and 7th of May 2023.

18 guides participated in it.

The Bulbuls and Guides of the MHS Company are affiliated to the Bharat Scouts and Guides programme which is part of the international Guides movement. The programme is based on the four pillars of Health, Service, Handicrafts and Character and the members work through the graded levels to reach the highest level of achievement, the Rashtriya Puraskar which is awarded by the President of India.
