Class X – ICSE 2019

Payment without late  -    4^th Qtr.  fees for session 2018-19  will  be realised as follows.

Fee by 15^th January            

                                               For SID Mode of Payment – Fees will be realised on 15^th January, 2019. It is requested to maintain the
                                               amount in the bank on or before 14^th January, 2019.

 For Online Mode of Payment  – Fees are to be paid between 11^th January, 2019 and 15^th January, 2019. The payment gateway charges (if any) for online payment are to be borne by the guardian.

• ·   If4^th Qtr. fees for session 2018-19 remains outstanding as on 15/01/2019 the entire fees including late fee will have to be paid online through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking by 23^rd February, 2019. Please note that SID mode will not be available for delayed payment (as per rules).

• ·    For students whose 4^th quarter fees are not paid by 15.01.2019 and who wish to continue in class XI     (2019-20) in MHS, the 1^st Qtr. fees alongwith the 4^th Qtr. fees of class X (2018-19) will have to be paid online through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking between 24^th February, 2019 and 28^th February, 2019.

Class XI :  2019 – 2020 ( ISC  2021 /  IBDP  2021)

Withdrawal                               -     Application for  withdrawal / TC   should  be   submitted   before  15 February, 2019 to

before 15 February                        avoid payment of 1^st Qtr. fees for Class XI.

Last working day                     -     Information regarding fees payable for the 1^st Qtr. (2019-20) will be available on the

28 February                                    guardian  portal  from 20^th February,  2019.  1^st Qtr. fees for session 2019-20  will  be

                                                         realised as follows for reservation of seat in class XI.

Mode of fees Payment           -      It may be noted that mode of  payment  through  Standing  Instruction – Debit (SID)

                                                         of ICICI Bank Ltd. is being discontinued and fees will have to be paid online through

                                                         Debit   Card/Credit Card/Net Banking between 24^th February, 2019 and 28^th February,2019.      The payment gateway charges (if any) for online payment are to be borne by the guardian.

• ·       Seats will not be reserved for those who have not deposited fees by the scheduled date.
• ·       In case of withdrawal, scheduled school fees may be refunded as per our Rules for payment of fees. However, the scheduled school fees for one month will be charged if a student has taken admission and withdrawn before the start of the academic session.
  

NB   :   All admissions to Class XI will be provisional which will be confirmed on receipt of ICSE 2019 examination mark sheets.
