Each section chose a sub topic – Types of plants and Parts of a Plant, Food from Plants, Non-food items or Gifts from plants, and how plants are essential for Saving the Earth. They collected wrappers and boxes of various food items, drew and coloured pictures of the same, collected samples to understand how most of the food items we consume come from plants. They also brought non- food items such as pieces of cloth, rubber gloves, and jute rope, among other things, to demonstrate the various useful things we obtain from plants.
