Modern High School for Girls emerged victorious at the 16th edition of Quaestio, an inter-school quiz competition hosted by Birla High School for Boys on 7 August 2026. With 19 schools participating, the competition tested students’ knowledge, teamwork and quick thinking.
Representing MHS, Gunja Ray (5), Anaya Sen (5) and Oshmi Sengupta (4) showcased remarkable confidence, teamwork and quick thinking throughout the competition. After clearing the 25-question preliminary round, they advanced to the finals, featuring exciting rounds such as Picture, Video, Connecting, Grey Matter – Brain Teasers and the thrilling Buzzer Round.
Adding to the excitement, 10 girls from Classes 3 to 5 came along to cheer enthusiastically for their MHS friends. Their support made the victory even more special. The winning team received a trophy, medals, certificates and books to read, making it a truly memorable achievement for MHS!
