Students of Modern High School proudly showcased their creativity and environmental awareness through enthusiastic participation in Van Mahotsav 2025 and St. Xavier’s Fest, both hosted by St. Xavier’s Collegiate School (Primary Section).
At Van Mahotsav 2025, twelve students from the Upper Primary Department participated in four events. A Class 5 student secured the 2nd prize in “Verde–Verse: Just A Minute (J.A.M.),” while the school’s dance team won 2nd prize in “Groove for the Green” (Group Dance). Participants in T-shirt painting and Pot painting also performed commendably, helping the school earn the prestigious “Best School” trophy.
At St. Xavier’s Fest, students took part in diverse competitions such as Meraki – PowerPoint Presentation, Birdhouse making, Toy making, Umbrella painting, and a Group Song performance. Each event reflected the theme “Trees: Contribution in Nurturing Nature,” with students expressing this message through thoughtful designs and soulful performances.
Their efforts across both events demonstrated not only talent and teamwork, but also a strong commitment to environmental values.
