World Music Day struck a perfect chord on 19th June 2025, filling the air with harmony, rhythm, and boundless joy. It was a day where music wasn’t just heard — it was felt, seen, and celebrated in every vibrant form.
From start to finish, the event was brilliantly conducted by our talented young performers, who took charge with enthusiasm and flair. The program featured soul-stirring songs sung by students and a range of fun, interactive activities that kept everyone grooving.
The body percussion exercises were a big hit, as students and teachers clapped, thumped, and snapped their way into rhythmic patterns using just their bodies. It was a lively reminder that music lives within us all.
Adding a splash of colour to the rhythm, students waved red, white, and blue ribbons in perfect sync with musical cues, transforming the atmosphere into a visual masterpiece.
Our budding musicians proudly showcased their talents on the guitar, mouth organ, violin, flute, and synthesizer, compelling everyone to sing along. A musical quiz conducted by the students further amped up the excitement, testing everyone’s musical IQ in a fun and engaging way.
The celebration was a true testament to the healing power of music — not just for the ears, but for the heart and soul. The day ended on a cheerful note, but the melodies lingered long after the last song was sung.
