The Bulbuls of Modern High School for Girls’ went for their annual Camp to Burdwan on 7- 8 March 2026. They boarded the bus from the school premises early in the morning along with their flock leaders.
After reaching the camp, the Bulbuls went on a trek through the greenery where they observed trees and learnt to recognise woodcraft signs, which helped them return safely to camp. In the evening, they dressed in ethnic attire for the campfire, where they sang songs, danced and shared stories before enjoying dinner together.
The next morning began with an exercise session in the garden. After breakfast, the flock leaders organised activities that helped build patience, concentration and confidence. After lunch, the Bulbuls boarded the bus back to Kolkata with many happy memories.
The trip helped the Bulbuls learn the values of teamwork, friendship and love for nature.
