On November 1, 2025, the Junior School teachers of Modern High School for Girls attended a workshop as part of the Teachers’ Development Programme. The session, titled-The C’s that Matter was conducted by Mrs. Saba Islam, an educator by passion, a parent coach by profession and an emotional intelligence coach by practice.

Mrs. Islam emphasized the four essential C’s that play a vital role in every classroom — Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication and Collaboration. She spoke about the powerful influence teachers have in shaping the lives of their students and highlighted ways to nurture these skills effectively.

The session was lively and full of hands-on activities that brought laughter, reflection and meaningful discussions. Each activity encouraged us to think differently and helped us understand how to nurture the 4 C’s in our students every day.

The workshop served as a meaningful reminder that as educators, we are not just imparting knowledge but also inspiring young minds to think, create, connect and grow together
