Notice for Clubs

Dear Parents,
With regard to the pre & after school activities offered by the school kindly note the following dates, deadlines and regulations:
All club activities will resume on the 6th of March, 2017.

Withdrawal: All withdrawal forms are to be downloaded from the website and submitted by the 31st of March at the school reception. No forms will be accepted after this date. Non submission of withdrawal forms by the deadline will be treated as an indication of continuing membership.

Joining: Joining forms will be available from the school website from 1st March 2017 onwards. While the last date for submission of joining forms is 30th June, 2017, kindly keep in mind that there are limited vacancies and students are inducted into the clubs after auditions/trials. Please also keep in mind that those students who wish to be a part of the special classes will need to have a letter of authorization from you, after being chosen.

Regulations: The school would once again like to emphasise the need for regular attendance for all pre/post school activities.

WRT Basketball & Soccer, it is mandatory for the student to have 50 % attendance in a calendar month. All other activities require the students to be present regularly. Two absences in a calendar month will lead to the student's name being struck off the club register and mention of the expulsion in the year end report card. The only exceptions are the student being absent from school due to medical reasons/ absent on leave/ away representing the school.

We look forward to your continued support and cooperation.

NOTICE

As intimated earlier, we have had to make changes in our school calendar on account of the rescheduling of the ICSE and ISC examination 2017.

There will be a very short break for the students between the close of the current academic session (2016-17) and the commencement of the next (2017-18).

However, keeping in mind that our teachers are having to work without any break at all and that many students may have to cancel their earlier session break travel plans, the summer holidays have been extended.
