The students of Class 4 went for a visit to the Indian Museum as a part of their History project.  The highlight was the visit to the Egyptian gallery where they saw a 4000 year old mummy.   Unfortunately photography was not allowed there. They visited other galleries too.

On 8th February 2018 the students of classes 3, 4 and 5 went for a picnic to the Eco Park. They were mesmerized by the Seven Wonders of the World. The walk on the Great Wall of China and a peek into the  inside of a Pyramid was truly amazing.

10 of our students went for the inauguration of the country’s first Confucius Classroom. These class five students are studying Mandarin as their third language under the aegis of The School of Chinese Language. The girls performed a dance routine as well as recited some sayings of Confucius in both Chinese and English. Our participation was appreciated by all.

The students of Class 5 of our school who study Chinese as third language were invited to 'Happy Chinese Day' on Monday, November 6, 2017. This was held at Xuanzang Temple (Huang Tsang Monastery),Kolkata. The programme was jointly organised by The Chinese Consulate and The School of Chinese Language.

Visit to Victoria Memorial Hall

A few students of Class V visited the Victoria Memorial Hall on Saturday 01st July to participate in a ‘Treasure Hunt’ at the Calcutta Gallery. The students got involved in a fun filled mystery hunt, where they roamed the gallery for clues. 45 minutes later they emerged, not only having learnt a great deal about their city, but having thoroughly enjoyed themselves. "On the Right Trail" was certainly worth a visit!
