Please submit to the Class Teacher by Monday 10 September.

•  One passport size (3cm  X 4cm only) colour photograph of your daughter . Please ensure you send the correct size so that it can fit properly on the student’s Report Card.  

•  She should be in her current school uniform, (with appropriate apron for Nursery & Lower KG only) and hair neatly tied.

•  No bus card or name tag should be visible.

•  The background should be white. 

•  Put it in an envelope with her name, date of birth, class and section clearly written in block letters.

•  If any photograph does not adhere to the specifications mentioned, it will be returned and ‘not submitted’ will be written across the designated space in the Report Card.
