TOTAL amount to be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the following details clearly written on the OUTSIDE :

1. Student’s Name
2. Class and Section
3. Order Number
4. Number of Copies

The envelope should be given to the Class Teacher by Wed. 21 March 2018.
