Dipeeta Das Mukherjee of our First Batch of the great IB Program was awarded by the State Government on 20th of November, 2018 - Birangana (Bravery) Award. Dr. Sashi Panja, Honb’le MoS and Smt. Ananya Chakraborti, Honb’le Chairperson of WBCPCR presented Dipeeta a Certificate, Memento, Cash Prize and a huge gift bag for her role in upholding child rights and social work. Renowned singer, Mr. Soumitra Roy praised her on dais by announcing that he loved reading her book, From Wonderland To Reality, and author Mr. Prashun Bhowmik complimented her. Among those present as Guests were Honb’le Justice Nadira Patheyra, Honb’le Justice Asim Roy, IAS Officer Mrs. Sanghamitra Ghosh and several eminent personalities from media and UNICEF.
